Thank you for choosing Go America ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Our Services

Go America provides personalised USA travel planning services, including:

• bespoke travel itineraries

• destination recommendations

• route planning

• activity and excursion recommendations and bookings (where requested)

• restaurant recommendations and reservations (where requested)

• assistance with booking selected excursions, activities, and where agreed, car hire

At this time, Go America does not sell or arrange flights, accommodation or package holidays.

2. Our Role

​We provide independent travel planning services based on the information you provide to us.

Where we assist with booking excursions, activities, restaurant reservations or car hire, any contract for those services is between you and the relevant supplier.

Go America is not responsible for the operation, quality or delivery of services provided by third-party suppliers.

3. Prices + Payment

Full payment is required before the work begins on your itinerary unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (£).

Our prices cover our planning expertise and time. They do not include the cost of travel, accommodation, attractions or other purchases unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellations + Refunds

As our itineraries are personalised and created specifically for you:

• orders may be cancelled for a full refund before work has started (within 24 hours of purchase)

• once work has begun, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion depending on how much work has already been completed

• once your final itinerary has been delivered, our planning-fee is non-refundable

5. Changes To Your Itinerary

Minor amendments may be included within your chosen package where agreed.

Additional changes or significant redesigns may incur an additional planning fee. Please see individual chosen package for specific inclusions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring:

• your passport is valid

• you meet all visa or ESTA requirements

• you comply with any and all USA entry requirements at time of travel

• you have suitable travel insurance

• you check any health or vaccination requirements

• you verify booking details before travelling

7. Third-Party Suppliers

Excursions, restaurants, attractions, car hire companies and other suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions. These will be provided within your Go America travel itinerary where available.

Any cancellations, amendments, delays or service issues relating to these suppliers must be handled in accordance with their policies.

Go America cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside of our control, including supplier cancellations, weather events, strikes, road closures, or any other unforeseen events.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, baggage and travel disruption.

9. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure our itineraries are accurate at the time they are created.

However, opening hours, prices, availability and local conditions can change without notice. Customers should check important details before travelling.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go America Co LTD shall not be liable for:

• missed bookings caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

• losses arising from third-party suppliers

• indirect or consequential losses

• events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability where it cannot be legally excluded under UK law.

11. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, guides and planning materials remain the intellectual property of Go America.

They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, sold or distributed without our written permission.

12. Privacy

Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
